Architecture concept
Due to the size of the site, a block of flats will be built on the last open site of Dolgos Street in which the apartments have been designed according to the needs of the target group.
The design of the house will suit the constructional image of Dolgos Street. We prefer modern, demanding and natural materials for the front of the house, furthermore we emphasis on using the most favorable heat technology.
The used materials, the structural solutions, the favorable mass conversion and orientation allow us the lower utility costs and to satisfy the current energetic requirements.
Our goal is to gain the energy category „A” which is the second best category after passive houses.
Services, advantages
Being in the planning phase there are still more possibilities for the apartments’ layout, thus we can still take your personal needs into consideration. We still have the possibility to build smaller or bigger apartments on one floor.
After entering the house, you will find yourself in a pleasant entrance hall. You can reach your apartment walking up in the staircase or using the elevator. The parking will be insured in the garage floor with the help of modern automatic lifting machines. Having parked the car the upper floors can be directly reached by elevators.
Every flat has an individual storage room in the basement, but during the internal planning of the flats, we have planned additional storage room too.
Our main aim was to build an energy saving and cost efficient building, therefore it will not contain any cost raising services like reception, gym and swimming pool.
The Crew
The MoMDeluxe Kft. is a company, which has been created in order to develop a real estate on Dolgos Street 11. This real estate is the property of the company.
The guarantee for the quality of the development is the company owners’ many years of experience in developing real estates.
One of the co-owners, the City-Real Kft. was the investor of the successful development „Studio City” in Zugló. Within 3 years 200 flats have been handed over in first class quality, on time. The building can be visited in the 14th district of Budapest, at Szőnyi Street 58. As the result of the development, new streets and a new district were created with a more than 8 million EUR investment at the Rákos-creek. The investment was financed by K&H Bank.
The other co-owner is the Inventio Consulting Group’s executive director with more than 12 years of experience in real estate development.
The Group’s consulting activity primarily covers touristic developments, and connected to it – or independently – project proposals of the European Union. Within this context the company has mainly co-operated in the implementation of public and private sector’s touristic and cultural projects.
